What is a Beretta SO4 worth?
£1,950
Median of 2 sold results, £1,600 to £2,300.
Too few sales to average
Only 2 confirmed sale on record, so treat this as a single data point rather than a market value. It will firm up as more sales are added.
What moves the price
The SO series is Beretta's sidelock line and the SO4 is the competition variant — a hand-detachable sidelock built for trap and skeet, and now one of the better-value ways into a genuine sidelock over-and-under.
They were built to be shot and most have been, heavily. Round count matters more here than on a boxlock Beretta because the locks are hand-fitted; a gun that has been apart and badly reassembled shows in the trigger pulls.
Prices are consistent, which is what makes this a useful page: our results sit in a tight band with none of the spread you see on English sidelocks.
Retail expectation: £2,500 to £3,800 from a dealer, depending on condition and whether it is cased.
